Description

DIPBROW® from Anastasia Beverly Hills is a waterproof pomade with full pigment. The cream texture applies smoothly to both skin and brow hairs, then sets to a matte finish. You can build from natural strokes to bold arches.

How to use:

• Use Brush 12 (synthetic). Swirl the tip on the cap to pick up just enough product; a little covers a lot.
• Outline the lower arch first, then fill and blend. For a gradient, do the fronts last.
• Seal the jar tight after each use. If the pomade dries out, add a drop of Hydrating Oil to bring it back.

Available in 11 shades, the formula gives you time to work before it sets. Ideal for sculpting brows that stay defined all day.
